Bulletin – April 17, 2019             

                        

     4:15 Boys and Girls Track F/S Invite @ Kewanee Wethersfield H.S. Bus departs 2:15.

                         

  • Congratulations to Sarah Litchfield!  Sarah competed in the Pole Vault last night at the Knoxville Invitational where she broke her own Farmington school record of 11'6", by vaulting 11'9".  Great job Sarah!!!

  • Prom ticket sales are available through next week before and after school. Tickets are $40 per person or $70 per couple. Grand march spectator tickets are $5 each and will be sold in advance and at the door. Dance forms for those students bringing dates from other schools will be due no later than Monday, April 29th.

  • Football camp forms and money are due TODAY.  If you turned in forms make sure the money is in TODAY.

  • Farmington Drama Club is hosting a talent show this year!  Tryouts will be this afternoon at 3:15 for those that would like to perform.  Please have a song on disc or have a particular YouTube video in mind before the audition.  The talent show itself will be on April 25th at 7PM in the HS auditorium. Admissions are $3 for students and $5 for adults.  Any questions, please contact Emily Stidham.

  • Showdown of the classes basketball tournament forms are due TODAY!  See Sam Fletcher or Mr. Lambert with any questions.

  • Ty Anderson has been working on a 3 on 3 fundraiser in memory of Ryder Armstrong.  There are extra shirts that are being sold in the H.S. office for $15.00. Stop by if you are interested in supporting this cause!

  • Attention Seniors: the Canton Daily Ledger and the Farmington Shopper publish photos of all graduating seniors every year.  Please email your photo, preferably a headshot, to Mrs. Shaffer (eshaffer@dist265.com) by Wednesday, April 24.  If she does not receive your photo by then your school photo from Skyward will be used.  If you DO NOT want your picture published please let her know. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Shaffer.  

  • Any student interested in detasseling this summer may pick up an information sheet from the office.

 

 

  • There will be a meeting for boys and girls interested in playing golf next year in the gym next Thursday, April 25th during Enrichment.

 

  • The following meetings will take place at this time:

    • Art Club meet in Mrs. Simaytis’ room.

    • Prom Committee meet in Miss Burdess' room.  All prom committee member MUST attend.
