Morning Announcements 10.9.2019

 Bulletin – October 9, 2019             

                      

                         Volleyball vs. Rushville-Industry H.S. @ HOME.  JV plays 6:00 / Varsity 7:00.

                         

                    

  • Pink Out shirt order forms are in the office and in your email. Forms and payments are due to the office. Order forms must be brought back by TOMORROW, Thursday October 10th no later than 3:00. If you have any questions please see Presley Fox or Kylee Hayden.

  • Interested in participating in a bags tournament? There is a sign-up sheet on the door of the Research Center. You must have a partner to participate. It will take place on Fridays during Activity Hour in the high school gym. It will be $4 dollars per team and all proceeds will go to Hope for the Warriors charity. If you have any questions please talk to Sam Fletcher or Dalton Powell.

  • Art Club will be selling flowers for both football and volleyball senior night. They are $2 each and you can attach a personal message. Last day to order is October 16th. Please see Mrs. Simaytis for details. 

  • Want to help the troops?  Bring in your extra candy and we will ship it to the troops overseas.  Drop off in any Research Center across the district. This event will run through November 1st.  Make sure to write a note when you drop off your candy. Any questions, please see Emma Franklin.  Thank you!

  • Game club will meet TODAY after school.

  • Any Junior taking the PSAT exam next week will be completing their pre-test paperwork this Friday during Activity Period in Room 695. Be on the lookout for an email with additional test information soon!

  • Anyone interested in being on the 2020 Winterguard team, there will be a meeting Tuesday during Activity Hour in the Research Center. 

  • There will be a meeting for those students interested in participating in wrestling this year during 4th hour on Friday, October 11th in the gym.

  • Attention Seniors in Fall Sports. Please check your email for Senior Bio Forms for Senior Night on October 18th. Please fill your your form for Mrs. Shaffer as soon as possible.

  • A representative from Western Illinois University will be available in the High School Conference Room today during activity and lunch periods. Please stop by to speak with them if you are interested in learning more about their programs of study and the admissions process.
