The softball game with Midwest Central was postponed after the 1st inning last night. The game has been moved to today at 4:30 at Louisville Slugger Complex in Peoria. Bus departs 2:45.
Congratulations to Judd Anderson and Jonah Cecil for qualifying to the State Track & Field Meet. Judd will compete in the 110 meter High Hurdles and 300 meter Intermediate Hurdles. Jonah will race in the 1600 meter run. Wish them both well as they leave tomorrow for Eastern Illinois University and run in the State Championships in Illinois Track & Field.

Our disc golf committee is at it again. We are looking for anyone who can help us break ground at Township Park on May 20th from 8-noon. The dream has become reality and we need all hands on deck to build our disc golf course. If you plan on playing this course, help us to get it done in matter of no time, so that we can all start enjoying the beautiful Township Park even more than before. Come see Mrs. Burklund to sign up for volunteer hours and to receive your permission waiver. "In disc golf, as in life, it is the follow through that makes the difference." Help us be the positive difference for our ever-growing community.

Girls Track uniforms must be turned into Mr. Vallas. Girls Track Awards will take place next Tuesday, May 30th @ 6;00 in the cafeteria.
The High School Boys track banquet will be June 1st at 5pm in the cafeteria. Pizza will be provided. Athletes and family invited, just bring your own drinks. Athletes should bring their track clothes cleaned and in a bag with their name on it. If you cannot attend the banquet please turn your clothes into the high school office ASAP.
