Girls Basketball vs. Havana HS @ Havana HS. JV play 12:00 / Varsity 1:30. Bus departs 10:15.
Farmington hosts the IHSA Cheerleading Sectionals. Performances begin at 9:00.
Congratulations to the Varsity Scholastic Bowl team on sweeping the competition last night in conference play & scoring their highest point total on the season. The squad went 5-1 this week in their matches. #GreatJob #TeamEffort
Seniors -- Please send your senior portrait to Mrs. Shaffer for the local papers for graduation by the end of the day.
Science Olympiad will meet today during Activity Hour in the Junior High.
SENIORS: A make-up Scholarship meeting put on by the Farmington Central Academic Foundation will take place today during Activity Hour in the Research Center for those who were unable to attend yesterday’s presentation.
Today, senior, Kayla Wiedemann will be signing a national letter of intent to attend Monmouth College to continue her softball career. The signing will take place at 3:30 in the Research Center.
There will be an informational meeting about Work-Based Learning for any CURRENT JUNIOR interested in participating next school year on Monday, February 3rd at 8 AM in the High School Conference Room.
There will be a Key Club meeting next Wednesday, February 5th, in the auditorium during Activity Hour.
Don’t forget to purchase your raffle tickets for the Farmer quilt and t-shirt blanket to benefit St. Jude. Let’s show our support for those that have loved ones undergoing treatment. Tickets available from the H.S. office. (1 ticket for $5.00 or 5 tickets for $20.00) Raffle drawing will be held next Tuesday, February 4th at halftime of the Home Boys Basketball Game. Due to increased illness and traffic in the Nurses Station, students will NOT be allowed to use the water machine to fill bottles. Please use the filtered water fountain outside the cafeteria to fill water bottles.
