Once again, the Athletic Department will be offering sports physicals for the 2017-18 school year for just $25. UnityPoint Health staff will be at FCHS on July 26th from 4:00-7:00 pm. All proceeds will be used to support Farmington Central athletic programs. Please note that sports physicals DO NOT MEET the physical/immunization requirements for incoming freshmen and 6th graders.
