7:00 Varsity Football vs. Peoria Heights H.S. -THERE- Bus departs 5:00.
Saturday, September 16th:
8:00 Girls Golf will compete in the Macomb Invitational at Gold Hills. Bus departs 6AM.
9:00 Varsity Volleyball will compete in the Fulton County VB Tournament @ VIT H.S. Bus departs 8AM.
10:00 Golden Wave Marching Band will perform in the Canton Friendship Parade. Load trailer @ 8:30. Bus departs 9:00.
The boys golf team won their match last night against Knoxville by a score of 196 to 202. Josh Smith and Aidan Crusen tied for medalist honors with a 47. Jared McCullough shot a 50, Jacob Gibbs had a 53, Carter Hintz had a personal best 52, and TJ Benedict had a 68. Congratulations boys!
Farmington Cross Country participated in a pentangular meet at Princeville High School last evening: Makenna Hintz took 6th and Addy Neal took 8th in the girls race. Andrew Cation took 3rd, Ethan Sweet took 4th, Alex Clark took 6th, and Adian Basalay took 7th. As a team the boys took 1st overall with a combined meet score of 30 points with four runners in the top 10. Great job by all!
Juniors - class shirt order forms are in your email. If you would like to order a class shirt to wear on class color day next Friday, please print out an order form and return it with payment to Miss Burdess no later than the end of the day TODAY, September 15th.
Next week in Enrichment, your teacher will be talking to you about EMPATHY, which is an important life skill. Mrs. Mason may stop you in the hall at the end of the week and ask you about what you learned. Be ready!
Sophomores, Jostens will be back to take your class ring orders TODAY, September 15th during the lunch hours. Please bring a $60 down payment with your order form on Friday. Any Sophomore who missed the class meeting, please pick up your ring packet in the office.
Key Club dues are to be turned into T.J. Benedict or Mr. Lambert by the next meeting, September 29th. The fee is $15.00. Also, if you would like to attend the Fall Leadership Conference October 1st at Metamora High School, please sign up with Mr. Lambert by this Friday.
Juniors: the PSAT is coming!!!! Please see Mr. Panner in the office to sign up to take the PSAT on October 11th which will prepare you for the SAT in March. Victory loves preparation.
We will have a financial aid presentation and FAFSA completion workshop here on Thursday, October 5th at 6 PM in the computer lab for any interested Juniors and Seniors.
There will be a representative here from Monmouth College on Tuesday, September 19th during Enrichment in the main office.
Ms. Clark’s Genius Hour needs to meet in the gym.
