We are having an Orange out today---students are wearing ORANGE to support The Armstrong Family of Monmouth. Those students wearing a hat have donated a dollar to the cause.
This Saturday is the Sweetheart dance. Make sure to buy tickets all this week at lunch or in Mrs. S' room. Tickets are $12 for one, $20 for two. Tickets will also be available at the door. The dance starts at 7 p.m. till 10 p.m. in the cafeteria. Be sure to complete the Dance Request Form for any guests coming from a different school. All Dance Request Forms must be turned into the office no later than this Wednesday. See Mrs. S for any questions.
Game club will meet after school today.
Chess Club plays every Wednesday at 7AM before school as well as 6:30 after school on Mondays.
Attention ALL Juniors: Mrs. Mason sent you an email last week explaining the upcoming field trips for your class scheduled for February 28th and March 6th. ALL junior class students will be participating in these trips BOTH days. At this time we need you to sign up for Group A or Group B in the office. These groups determine who will be traveling together. Please sign yourselves up as soon as possible.
Senior class will have a meeting TOMORROW in the auditorium.
There will be a representative from Truman State University here tomorrow during enrichment for any interested students.
Megan Jones from Carl Sandburg college is here this morning to speak to any interested or currently enrolled students. Please come to the office at this time to speak with Ms. Jones.
Members of the Art Club need to meet with Mrs. Mason in her office right after announcements.
