Morning Announcements 11.5.2018

Bulletin – November 5, 2018             

               

  • Congratulations Sarah Litchfield! She was accepted to the University of Missouri (Mizzou). Congratulations Sarah!

 

  • Congratulations Mr. Lambert for being named November Staff Member of the Month. Mr. Lambert is a 2002 graduate of Farmington school. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in History from WIU and a Master’s Degree from SIU-E in Instructional Technology. He is currently enrolled at WIU to complete a Master’s Degree in American Women’s History. His favorite things to do are to travel the world and theatre. Congratulations Mr. Lambert.

 

  • Smackdown shirts will be handed out TODAY.

 

  • Game Club WEDNESDAY this week.

 

  • Do you want to save a life?  You have that opportunity by participating in the NHS annual fall blood drive which will take place on Wednesday, November 14th.  If you are at least 16 years old and would like to donate, there will be a sign up this week during each lunch hour.  Permission slips and class schedules must be returned to Mrs. Clope by Friday, November 9th.

 

  • All football players will turn in their equipment and clean out their lockers Wednesday November 7th after school.  All your clothing should be washed and dried. All players must be there, there is no excuse for not attending, finish your commitment to your team.

 

  • Harvest Team shirt orders are due WEDNESDAY.

 

  • There will be a junior class meeting in the auditorium this Thursday, November 8th during enrichment to pass out fundraiser information. All juniors must attend.

 

  • There will be a meeting for any current Juniors interested in participating in the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Program through ICC next year in the Auditorium on Wednesday, November 7th during Enrichment. Anyone who is interested in applying MUST attend this meeting.

 

  • Smack Down is this Wednesday! Come support the players and coaches as we are raising money for The Miss You Can Do It Pageant! players and coaches can arrive to warm up @5.30. The first game will start @6. Admission cost is $3!

 

  • Any Senior that did not place an order with Josten’s, please turn in your order into the office by this Friday, November 9th.

 

  • The following students need to see Mr. Piper before 5th hour today: Owen Fresia, Coe Jansen, Aidan Crusen, Avery Mowen, and Alejandro Romero.
