           End Zone following the game (until 11PM)  for all high school students at Jacob’s Park.

                      Saturday, August 31st: 

  9:00  Varsity Volleyball will compete in Wethersfield VB Tourney -THERE-  Bus departs 7:15.

                      9:00  JV Volleyball Tournament @ HOME.  

  11:00  Freshman Football will play in the United Freshman Jamboree @ United H.S. Bus departs 8:30.

    TBA based on Friday games:  Boys Soccer will compete in tournament at Pekin H.S. 

                      Monday, September 2nd:

                      NO SCHOOL

                      6:00  JV Football vs. Stark County H.S.  -THERE- Bus departs 4:30.

                                                                                       

  • Students that have already purchased a parking tag please come to the office during Activity period this morning to complete a vehicle registration form and pick your tag up.  All other student drivers, please bring in $5.00 to purchase your 2019-2020 blue parking tag and complete the vehicle registration form.  

  • Anyone interested on Crew for the production of “Almost, Maine,” there will be a meeting on Wednesday during Activity Hour in the Research Center. See Logan Archdale for questions. 

  • Reminder to freshman class: Class Officer Petitions are due to class sponsors by Thursday, September 5th by 11AM.  Also, Friday, September 6th, there will be a freshman class meeting in the cafeteria during Activity Hour to vote for class officers and homecoming attendants. 

  • Just a word of advice for your Chromebooks, be sure not to close your laptop with anything between the screen and the keyboard.  The screen WILL break. This has been the case in nearly half the repairs thus far. If you drop your Chromebook off to the office for repair, please remember to take out any personal items, the charger and the strap.  

  • There will be a sophomore class meeting next Thursday, September 5th during Activity Hour in the theatre.

  • Josh McMillin is organizing a Farmington Powderpuff (girls football) game for his 2019 Harvest Team Project.  There is a sign up sheet for all classes as well as a participation form, waiver, and rules available in the office.   All proceeds will go towards the Susan G. Komen Memorial Affiliate. Please have the $15 for a shirt and all papers signed and turned in by Friday, September 13th. The games will be played on Saturday, October 5th at 10AM at the high school. 

  • 2019-2020 Athletic Event passes are available for purchase from the H.S. Office.  The cost for an all year athletic pass is $50.00 for adults and $25.00 for students.  Farmington H.S. students get into high school events for free, however junior high and elementary students still pay a gate fee.  Fall Season Passes and Winter Season Passes are also available for $30/Adults and $15/Students. Please keep in mind that passes are not valid at any IHSA sponsored tournament.  If you have any questions please email Susan Gibbs at sgibbs@dist265.com.  Thank you!

  • Just a reminder, TODAY is the last day to turn in ANY volunteer hour forms. If turned in after, they will not count for graduation cords. 

  • Juniors: Information about the Fall PSAT exam is in your email. The cost is $17 per student. Please see Mrs. Neave if you have questions or are interested in registering. Deadline is September 16th.

  • Final chance to turn in any Blackout shirt orders - take to  Mr. Lambert AT THIS TIME! 

  • You can win AIR PODS! Every time you dress up and attend the Football games in the student section, you will be able to enter your name in the drawing! We will draw the winner and announce at the last home game of the regular season. You must be present to win. Dress up days are in your email. ALSO: WE HAVE ALSO ADDED: IF YOU ATTEND THE MARCHING BAND COMPETITION IN CANTON ON OCTOBER 5TH, YOU CAN SIGN UP THERE AS A BONUS ENTRY!

  • Auditions for “Almost, Maine” will take place today after school in the theatre. Please prepare a monologue of 2-4 minutes.
