Culinary Art's class, along with the cafeteria staff, will be featuring an authentic Indian dish (Chicken Korma) this Friday during 5A-5C lunch hours. Korma is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent, consisting of meat or vegetables braised with yogurt or cream, water or stock, and spices to produce a thick sauce or glaze.
A representative from Northern Illinois University will be at the Peoria Riverfront Museum on Wednesday, April 11th from 6 PM to 8 PM to answer questions and speak with interested students.
Mr. Panner will be collecting Carl Sandburg College registration forms this week. Please be sure to bring them to school and hand them in at the office if you would like to take dual credit classes at Carl Sandburg College.
