This week is Random Acts of Kindness Week! Today is Mindful Monday. Being mindful means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, body, and the people and environment around you in the moment.
For today’s kindness challenge, be kind to yourself by practicing mindfulness. Notice how you feel in the moment, especially the good moments. What helps your body and mind feel good?
At Home, check-in with each other about how the day went and spend time with family by playing a game or reading a book together.

Today is the day after the Super Bowl and the Chiefs are this year’s champions. Their celebration was pretty mild, but do you know what Bears fans do after they win the Super Bowl? Turn off the XBox.
