Pledge of Allegiance and Farmer Four

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

- I am respectful

- I am responsible

- I am safe

- I am prepared

Today is National Wright Brothers Day.  You know, the dudes who were credited for flying the first mechanically propelled aeroplane.  Today, for security reasons, there are lots of things you can’t take on planes.  Things with lithium batteries, weapons, lighter fluid, and several sharp items.  However, you can take pencils on the plane.  Which is weird to me because they can be sharp.  But, I guess they needed draw the line somewhere.
