Sports Update
We're happy to announce that both our Science Olympiad teams WON the Regional competition at Western Illinois University on Saturday. The B Division Team (Junior High plus some Freshmen) ranked 1st out of 8 teams, and medals were handed out through 4th place. The C Division Team (High School) ranked 1st out of 13 teams, and medals were handed out through 6th place. Both teams advance to State, which is held at the University of Illinois on April 18, 2026. It was a great day to be a Farmer and a great day for our students in STEM.
Good luck to the Volleyball team playing at Illini Bluffs tonight with matches starting at 5 pm.
Trap Team registration forms and payment are due by Tuesday March 3.
Announcement
There will be a meeting today for 7th and 8th graders interested in track during 9th hour in the health room. 6th graders interested will meet during 10th hour in Mr. Gilstrap’s room.
After school tutoring is with Mrs. McSherry in room 345.
Dental Sealants and more will be on Campus Tuesday, March 31st for those interested in screenings. Forms have been handed out and completed forms can be turned into the office by March 17th. The screening does count towards the mandated school dental requirement for entering 6th grade and 9th grade.

Today is National Dog Biscuit Day! We celebrate this day because the inventor of dog biscuits dies on this date. He was a good boy, yes he was!
