Sports Update

Good luck to the 8th grade Volleyball team playing at Regionals on Saturday!  They will travel to Beardstown with their match starting at 10:00 AM.

Also, good luck to our qualified wrestling at Sectionals on Saturday! They are competing in Rochester. 

Announcement

Trap Team- if you have turned in your registration forms, please make sure to check your email for important updates and additional information. There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Thursday, March 12 at 6:00 PM at the Farmington City Building. At least one parent or guardian must attend. We will be going over important program information, calendars, and answering any questions.

RESPECT WEEK IS NEXT WEEK!  Let’s wear blue on Monday!  The day will be dedicated to us learning a little bit about students with Hydrocephalus.  But again, we want to see lots of support for our unified community here at school, so please wear blue on Monday!

Gold and Purple Unified groups will need to meet in Mrs. Cosby’s room at 8:30 am today. 

No after school tutoring on Friday. 

Dental Sealants and more will be on Campus Tuesday, March 31st for those interested in screenings. Completed forms can be turned into the office by March 17th. 

Elevate permission slips, waiver forms and payment are due in the office by Monday, March 9th.

Pi Day is fast approaching—are you ready? 🎉 Mrs. Thrush is hosting two exciting competitions to celebrate!

📌 Digits of Pi Memorization Contest

Think you can recite the most digits of Pi? The student who memorizes the most will win a Pi Day t-shirt! Mrs. Thrush will be listening to contestants on March 12—her students can recite during class, while others can participate during 9th or 10th hours.

👕 Pi Day T-Shirt Design Contest

Get creative and design your own Pi Day t-shirt! Submissions must be hand-drawn, original, and creative. Designs are due to Mrs. Thrush by March 11. Teachers will vote, and a winner from each grade will win a Pi Day t-shirt! See Mrs. Thrush for the official design paper.

🏆 All winners will be announced on Friday, March 13!

Today is National Cheese Doodle Day!  Also known as the Cheesey Poof!  I have a few cheesy jokes.  They are really gouda!  What you don’t like my cheesy puns…they’re grate!  If you didn’t think those were funny, your are laugh-tose intolerant!
