Good Morning Farmers!  Today is Monday, April 12, and today is a B day. If you are in 6th and 7th grade, and have band on your schedule, you will have class today.  If you are in 6th or 7th grade and have Monday/Thursday art on your schedule, you also have class today.

A huge thank you to everyone that participated in the autism awareness cash for kids.  We raised a total of $616.68 that will be donated to the Central Illinois Autism Association. Our winning homeroom class was Ms. Springer with $103.62, 2nd spot goes to Mrs. Rude's homeroom with $101.37, and 3rd place goes to Ms. Young with $88.11. Thanks again!! Dist. 265 has always been so supportive of our students with special needs...Proud to be a Farmer!

40% of young people experiencing mental health difficulties said that hearing harmful words and negative stereotypes stopped them from seeking help. Please help spread the message that it's okay to not be okay. Support Student Council and our State Service Project Hope for the Day by purchasing positive message stickers, Propell, and water in the research center.

 Student Council applications for the 2021-2022 school year will be emailed out to all 5th, 6th, and 7th grade.  Applications are due by 3:00 PM Friday, April 16.

 8th grade students, High School Cheerleading Tryouts will be held on April 29th at 2:15. Tryout  Informational packets are available in the high school and jr. high offices.

 Junior High cheer tryouts will be held May 4th and 5th. Packets are available to pick up on the table outside the junior high office.

 8th graders!  If you are looking for a fun and relaxing activity to do in the fall, consider going out for golf!  We have a boy's and a girl's team so there is something for everyone.  If this sounds like something you would be interested in, contact Coach Benson (boys) or Coach Rathbun (girls).

 Students interested in summer employment, you will find a flyer with information about corn detasseling on the table outside the office.
