National FFA Week runs from February 20 to 26, 2022, it is celebrated in all 50 states and Puerto Rico; Wherever Corn is grown and FFA members meet. One day’s production for a high-producing dairy cow yields 4.8 pounds of butter, 8.7 gallons of ice cream or 10.5 pounds of cheese.
