FCES has kicked off it's weekly Farmer Ticket Drawing! Throughout the month of April our Farmers are able to earn 🎟️ Farmer Tickets 🎟️ through "Synergizing" and being "Successful." Students who win the drawing are given a 🌟golden star🌟 they can turn in for a prize in Mr. Mathewson's office. #BuildingLeaders #BuildingReaders

This week, we’re proud to celebrate National Assistant Principal Week and recognize the incredible impact of Mr. Hoffmann! 🎉

From the moment students arrive to the final bell of the day, Mr. Hoffmann is a steady, positive presence in our building. He builds strong relationships with students, supports our staff with care and consistency, and helps ensure our school runs smoothly every single day.

Whether he’s problem-solving, encouraging a student, or stepping in wherever needed, his leadership makes a difference in both big and small ways. Our school is a better place because of his dedication, heart, and commitment to our community.

Thank you, Mr. Hoffmann, for all you do for our students, staff, and families—we appreciate you this week and every week!

FCES ended the week with the IAR Glow Stick Party Celebration! Our 3rd-5th students worked really hard on their state testing and we wanted to celebrate. They did a fabulous job and had a lot of fun!

FCES completed our annual MARCH BOOK MADNESS Tourney! Students were torn between our two championship game books: Don't Trust Fish v. Stalactite & Stalagmite. In the end, there could only be one BIG winner. Congratulations to this year's champion... Don't Trust Fish! #BuildingReaders

Congratulations to our FCES February Farmer Ticket Winners! These Farmers did an outstanding job of being Empathetic and Habit 5: Seek First to Understand Then Be Understood . These students won a gift certificate to the upcoming Scholastic Book Fair March 9th-13th! #BuildingLeaders

Our 1st graders took on a fun and creative building challenge! ❤️ They were first challenged to make a heart shape using LEGO® bricks. Once they completed that, they took it a step further by building the word “LOVE” out of LEGOs!

We are so proud of their creativity, problem-solving, and hard work. Way to go, 1st graders!

Congratulations to the FCES Farmer Ticket Winners! This past month our Farmers focused on Being Proactive and Motivated. The winners who displayed these traits were able to pick a friend and attend a snow cone party in the Maker Space! #BuildingLeaders
