  • JUNIORS: you will be taking the ISA TODAY from 8:30-11:30AM. Testing will take place in Room 625 with Mr. Bach, Room 707 with Mr. Paul, and in the Research Center with Mrs. Shane. Please check the room rosters posted outside the high school office to see where you are to report.

  • With testing taking place in the above rooms, Mr. Horn’s 2nd hour class will need to report to Room 667 (Mr. Spengler’s room) and his 3rd hour class will report to Room 690 (Mr. Sondgeroth’s room). Mrs. Eddy’s 2nd and 3rd hour students will need to report to the auditorium. 

  • There will be no tutoring due to the ISA testing being done in the RC today.

  • Anyone interested in trying out for high school cheer for the 2023-24 season please come to the office to get a packet ASAP.  Open gym is being held TODAY.

  • The Golden Wave Marching Band will hold auditions for the drumline TODAY from 3:15-4. Anyone is welcome and auditions will take place on a first come first served basis. Music-reading ability is preferred, but not required, only the willingness to learn and try something new. Contact Mrs. Smith or Violet Easley for more information. 

  • Auditions will also be held for the color guard TOMORROW, April 20th from 3:15-4. This will be a group audition. All are welcome regardless of experience with flags! Contact Mrs. Smith, Jojo Rohrer, Grace Berry, or Ren Horn for more information. 

  • SAT Make-up date is scheduled for next Tuesday, April 25th.

  • All Key Club members must attend the meeting on Thursday morning and/or pick up a consent form from Mrs. Simaytis’s room to hear about an upcoming mandatory event!

  • Bass Fishing Team will meet at the high school at 8:30 this Saturday. Please let Coach Boyer know if you plan to attend.

  • Wednesday, April 26th, the HS baseball team will play at Dozer Park at 4:30. Free admission! We would appreciate a large student section! 

  • Attention boys and girls: Anyone interested in going out for golf next year there will be an informational meeting TOMORROW, April 20th in the gym during 4th Hour Activity Hour. Please report to your teacher for attendance and then go to the gym. 

  • Prom tickets will be sold in the hallway across from the office every day this week before and after school and during 4th hour. Tickets are $40/each or $70/couple (meals included). Grand March spectator tickets may be purchased as well, $5 each. 

If you plan to bring a date who does not attend FCHS, Dance Request Forms are due to the office by the end of the school day on Friday, April 21st. 

  • Permission slips to attend After Prom and a waiver to participate in KNOCKERBALL are available outside the office.  Everyone attending must turn in a permission slip. They are due back to the office by Friday, April 28th.

After Prom starts at midnight and will end at 5AM. All JUNIORS, SENIORS and their dates are invited. There will be FOOD, PRIZES and ACTIVITIES for all. Some prizes include mini fridges, TVs, gift cards, coffee makers, and many more! Please email Ms. Mendez with any questions.
