  • Freshman Class Officers will meet today during 4th hour in Ms. Skaggs room. 

 

  • HOMECOMING 2020 Information:

Theme: Sitcoms “Stay Tuned”

Dates: October 26-30- 

26- Dress up theme: “Friends”- Best Friends Character

27- Dress up theme: “Big Bang Theory” Nerdy attire

28- Dress up theme: “The Golden Girls” Golden Years

29- Dress up theme: “Full House” 80s Dress / "Stranger Things    Halloween costumes can be worn--guidelines below)

  • No full covering face masks--still need to have a visible face

  • No violent/graphic costuming or weapons

  • Dress code still applies

  • No costuming that demeans gender, race, religion, handicap or nationality

  • Hats ARE allowed (High School)

      

30- NO IN PERSON SCHOOL---PARADE DAY

 

Dance: The dance will be postponed until a later date. 

Royalty: King, Queen and Attendants will be voted on and officially presented via Zoom the week of Homecoming (Week of October 26th). 

Parade: Friday, October 30th 6-7 PM

Homecoming Parade 2020 will be a flipped parade! Participants will park their parade floats, cars and more in the middle of the Farmington Central High School parking lot. Feel free to also set up a table and have your group represented. Stations will be assigned to specific areas. Social distancing guidelines and masks are required. Those wishing to see the parade will drive through the outer edge of the High School parking lot. We will have people directing traffic at the entrance of the high school. Candy and items can be passed out to those in cars; however, if you wish to not receive any items, please put a yellow piece of paper in your window (provided during drive thru). Let’s have a great parade!

  • Farmington FFA invites you to Drive your Tractor to School on October 27th. All parking lot and school rules MUST be followed, Tractors should park along the far parking area, nearest the boys baseball diamonds. Please no combines or sprayers.

  • The sophomore class is selling Tanner’s Orchard Apple Cider Donuts through October 28th.  Cost is $12/dozen.  Delivery will be the afternoon of Friday, November 6th.  Anyone wishing to place an order please see a sophomore student or Mrs. Gibbs in the high school office. Thank you for your support of our students! 

 

  • FCHS Theatre proudly presents: "The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon" on Friday November 6th and Saturday November 7th. More information will be forthcoming about ticketing. 

 

  • Seniors, Jostens will be back to take your graduation orders TODAY during lunch periods and 4th hour at the main entrance. Any Senior who missed the class meeting, please pick up your packet in the HS office.
