Just a reminder-
Bright Futures- In order to start on the 1st day of school, your student must have a certified birth certificate and physical & immunizations on file.
Kindergarten- Proof of residency, a certified birth certificate, a dental exam, an eye exam, and physical & immunizations.
There are also health requirements for 2nd grade, 6th grade, 9th grade and 12th grade.
