Farmington Central High School's December Staff Member of the Month is.... Mr. Dubre-Schloz!
Mr. Dubre-Schloz is a standout educator whose impact reaches far beyond the classroom. Known for his calm presence and thoughtful guidance, he fosters an environment where students feel supported, engaged, and genuinely excited to learn. His ability to transform even the most challenging or traditionally “boring” topics into intense, interesting, and fun experiences speaks to both his creativity and his dedication to his craft.
Students not only enjoy his classes—they enjoy having him as a teacher. His approachable demeanor and steady support make him a trusted adult in the building, and his colleagues value the insight and positivity he brings to the school community.
In addition to his exceptional work in the classroom, Mr. Dubre-Schloz also lends his time and leadership to important clubs such as Key Club and National Honor Society, helping students make connections, serve their community, and grow as leaders. With experience across multiple fields and a passion for education that shines through every day, Mr. Dubre-Schloz exemplifies what it means to be an outstanding educator.
