Our December Freshman of the Month is Ashlyn Brewer! Ashlyn is involved in basketball, volleyball, softball, FFA, Key Club, Student Senate, Drama Club, FCA, and band. After high school, she plans to attend the University of Illinois to study pre-med.
One of Ashlyn’s favorite achievements during high school so far has been placing first at WIU in marching band this year. One of her favorite hobbies is reading, and a fun fact about her is that her favorite movie is Top Gun: Maverick.
Ashlyn’s best piece of advice is, “It’s okay if you’re not perfect.”
