January's staff member of the month is someone who consistently goes above and beyond to support the success and well-being of everyone she works with, always keeping students’ best interests at the center of her work.
She is constantly helping both students and staff, whether in or out of the classroom, and her coworkers know they can always rely on her, especially in a pinch. She ensures that accommodations are thoughtfully and consistently met, and she willingly assists other staff with anything and everything she can, even in classes she is not currently assigned to. Her flexibility, reliability, and willingness to step in wherever needed make her an invaluable member of our school community.
