Our April Senior of the Month is Halie Whitby! While attending Farmington Central High School, Halie has stayed very active in both sports and extracurricular activities, competing and participating in track, volleyball, NHS, ACES, Science Olympiad, and FCA.
After graduation, Halie plans to attend Mizzou to pursue a degree in nursing. She then hopes to continue her education to become a pediatric infectious disease specialist. In ten years, she envisions herself working at St. Jude, making a meaningful impact by improving the lives of children.
Halie's biggest accomplishment this school year was being elected senior class president. Halie really enjoys hanging out with her friends, shopping, and trying out new things.
Her best piece of advice is, “Do not let what others think of you deter you from doing things that you love.” Congratulations, Halie!
