Each month, we have the privilege of recognizing a staff member who goes above and beyond—but this month, one name simply wasn’t enough.
Behind every successful lesson, every smooth-running classroom, and every stress-free testing experience, there are individuals quietly ensuring everything works exactly as it should. Both of this month’s staff members play integral roles in making sure our building runs smoothly and the needs of everyone are being met.
This month’s winners are the definition of dependable. They both work tirelessly before, during, and after the school day on a regular basis, going above the call of duty with a smile, a snack, and occasionally a good jump scare or joke, and their impact is felt in every corner of the building.
They are often called to action at the drop of a hat, reacting quickly and without complaint, including stepping in to help make sure ACT testing went smoothly. From organizing fun events and participating in school-wide activities to brightening someone’s day with a small act of kindness, they bring positivity, energy, and a genuine sense of community to our school. They may be the brains behind our tech, but they are just as much the heart and the smile that keeps FCSD going strong.
