We are so proud to recognize Tristan Hendy as our October Senior Student of the Month. Recognized specifically for his outstanding growth in the area of personal development, Tristan is a standout student who is known for being a true friend to everyone and keeping our school community inclusive and welcoming. Tristan is a dedicated two-sport athlete, representing the Farmers in both football and baseball. His passion for baseball runs deep, having played competitive travel baseball for the past eight years. His hard work on the diamond truly paid off last season, earning him the prestigious honors of First Team All-Conference and All-Area Pitcher. When he is not on the field, Tristan trades his glove for a guitar. He loves spending his spare time playing music and performing with his band. You might even recognize him from his unforgettable performance playing the Star-Spangled Banner on electric guitar at our basketball game last year. Looking ahead to the future, Tristan plans to attend Illinois Central College (ICC), where he will continue his baseball career at the collegiate level while studying Physical Therapy. Congratulations, Tristan, on this well-deserved honor! Thank you for being such a vital, positive, and inspiring part of our school community.
