Some people lead from the front, while others lead by simply being willing to step up when they are needed most. This month’s staff member of the month is someone who consistently does both. Known for being helpful, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand, this staff member has really come into their own, despite being fairly new to our district. He approaches new challenges with confidence and without hesitation. Whether the task is familiar or completely outside the normal scope of the job, he can be counted on to jump in, figure things out, and help make sure everything runs smoothly. Last year, he demonstrated that willingness to lead by coordinating testing setup during ACT testing. This year, he has once again stepped into a leadership role, taking on many of the tasks surrounding the organization of the Homecoming parade, dance, and assemblies. His ability to take on these responsibilities with a positive attitude and a willingness to serve others is a reflection of the kind of teammate every school community needs. His leadership isn't about seeking recognition - it's about seeing what needs to be done and confidently stepping up to do it.
