My junior classes just finished reading Of Mice and Men and are working on a choice project assessment (write a letter to 3 different characters, make a video of an important scene, create a diorama of significant places, research a theme from the novel, or contrast the movie with the novel) so they could showcase their strengths and understanding of the novel.
The seniors thoroughly enjoyed trying to figure out Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None murder mystery. We have had amazing classroom discussions. The insight and perspective that many students had was so wonderful to see.
