To ensure your new student can start school on time; all paperwork needs to be submitted when you register online or emailed to cgarlish@dist265.com You also can drop it off at district office.
- Bright Futures- A copy of a certified birth certificate and physical & immunizations
- Kindergarten- A copy of a certified birth certificate, physical & immunizations, dental & vision exams and proof of residency.
- Transfer Students-Proof of Residency. And the following if we cannot obtain from the previous school-- a copy of a certified birth certificate, physical & immunizations, dental & vision exams.
