It's National FFA Week! We are beyond excited for it. We are kicking our week off with our annual ski trip tomorrow morning, having a teacher breakfast, fundraising for Farmers Feeding Farmers, Section Public Speaking and Creed CDE, and a "lucky" teacher will be kissing a lamb this year.

Congratulations to Broc Shymansky. Broc competed at this weekends IHSA State Wrestling Tournament where he had a terrific weekend and comes home with a 6th place finish! Great job Broc!!!

Day 2 with Mr. Lambert. First we worked on curriculum and then spent the day at The Vatican! Michelangelo, the Sistine Chapel, and more! Primary Sources up close! What a day!
Ciao! Day 1. Mr. Lambert landed in Madrid and then transferred to Rome. He checked into his hotel and then hit the ground running with a walking tour, the Pantheon and St. Peter’s Basilica. Finished the night with Pizza! Now on to day 2!
Mr. Lambert Is working from Rome Italy this weekend! His students will receive multiple daily videos about the Italian culture from primary sources.

The JH volleyball match scheduled with St. Vincent has been rescheduled for Thur, Feb. 14. The 8th grade match will be played first, followed by the 7th grade. We will honor our 8th graders at our last home match on Mon., Feb. 18.

Tonight's JH volleyball match with St. Vincent de Paul has been cancelled. A rescheduled date is pending.
Tonight's JV & Varsity boys basketball vs Knoxville has been postponed to Wed, Feb. 13. JV at 6pm, followed by the Varsity. We will honor our Seniors inbetween the games.
Families: one of our bus routes was involved in a weather related incident this morning after coming upon a slick spot and sliding into a ditch. All students were moved to an alternate bus and arrived at school safely around 10:30am. Involved families are being notified by phone, if you have any questions please contact the bus barn.
SENIORS and PARENTS: We will be hosting our First Annual Senior Signing Night! On May 8th starting at 5 PM, come do a signing for your future endeavors--whether it be college, career, trades or military--we will be highlighting your future plans!
