Tonight's JV & Varsity boys basketball vs Knoxville has been postponed to Wed, Feb. 13. JV at 6pm, followed by the Varsity. We will honor our Seniors inbetween the games.
Families: one of our bus routes was involved in a weather related incident this morning after coming upon a slick spot and sliding into a ditch. All students were moved to an alternate bus and arrived at school safely around 10:30am. Involved families are being notified by phone, if you have any questions please contact the bus barn.
SENIORS and PARENTS: We will be hosting our First Annual Senior Signing Night! On May 8th starting at 5 PM, come do a signing for your future endeavors--whether it be college, career, trades or military--we will be highlighting your future plans! BEAUTY AND THE BEAST: 1- We are pushing the due date for merchandise to Friday February 15. Please have all forms and money turned in by then. Forms are on the district website. 2- Be Our Guest calendar/rehearsal times are sent out! Students will be taken directly after school to the theatre so parents don't have to make extra trips. The JV & Varsity Boys Basketball at Kewanee, originally scheduled for Jan. 26, has been rescheduled for Sat, Feb.9. The JV will play at 1pm, followed by the Varsity.

Trey Benitez was selected as Farmington Central High School’s Senior of the Month for February. He is the son of Shelly Palley and Fernando Benitez. He has one sister, Chelsea Benitez. Trey is a strong academic student as he is in the top 20 percent of his class and was a candidate for the National Honor Society. He works well with his peers and is compassionate and supportive to those around him. He is a quiet and reserved young man but takes charge confidently. Trey was also a member of the football team his four years at Farmington. He will attend the University of Illinois in the fall where he plans to major in Computer Engineering. Congratulations, Trey!
