World Down Syndrome Day is tomorrow, Wednesday, 3/21 and Farmignton Schools would like to celebrate! -Down Syndrome awareness is represented by the colors yellow and blue. Feel free to sport those colors on Wednesday. -"Lots of socks"... wear bright colors, mismatched, long/short, crazy socks on Wednesday. Why? Because our differences are what make us great! Wear bright colored crazy socks so people ask you about them and you can share what you know about Down Syndrome and bring awareness to our community!

Two Livestock Judging contests in two days makes for a lot of fun, and it's even more fun when you do well! Yesterday, we traveled to Salem, IL for the Marion County 4-H contest. Katie Barnett placed 6th in swine, and 11th overall. Also competing yesterday were Zach Smith, Sam Deppermann, and Ethan Emken. Today, we competed in the Bushnell-Prairie City FFA Alumni contest. No individual awards were won but the team of Sam Deppermann, Drew Vawter, John Terrell and Christy Mahr took home 4th in beef and 2nd team overall!
