For the last 10 years I have been teaching kindergarten. I absolutely love teaching kindergarten! Kindergarten is the grade level that I have always wanted to teach. My husband, Kyle, and I live in Canton with our two boys. Kallen is 5 and he started kindergarten this year and Kasen is 3 and will start preschool in September. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family.

Congratulations on 10 years! Hi, I am Pat Mahr. I was born and raised in Kewanee, IL. I moved to Peoria for a job transfer, and met my husband, LeRoy Mahr, at work. He lived in rural Farmington. We moved south of Hanna City in 1976. We had at least one of our four children in school at either Hanna City, Logan or Farmington High School for 26 years. LeRoy retired from Ag-Land FS in Hanna City a few years ago, and went to work with our sons at Mahr Brothers Construction. I have been the church secretary at Hanna City Presbyterian Church for 19 1/2 years, and just retired at the end of June. I am enjoying my position as District Sub Coordinator which I have been doing from home for the past ten years. We are enjoying our grandchildren so very much!
