We want to congratulate Kenna Mahr and Isabelle Nordwahl on their college signings from December! Kenna will be attending William Woods University for cheerleading and Isabelle will be attending Blackhawk College to play softball! Congratulations!
A varsity baseball game has been added to the schedule on May 6th at 4:30 pm at El Paso-Gridley.
Please note: The HS baseball games scheduled for tomorrow, April 27th, have been postponed to May 2nd. The games will be played at W. Prairie and will start at 4:30 pm.
Nacho Average Lunch Team!
FCES had nachos on the lunch menu today. Our cafeteria staff were ready for the occasion as they rocked their "Nacho Average Lunch Team" T-shirts! The shirts say it all! We truly have an amazing lunch crew! #FarmerFUN
More Farmer Ticket Winners!
FCES had a few more Farmer Ticket winners that joined us to celebrate their successes & leadership in the classroom. These students got to enjoy an ice cream party with the principals but also got to test out some of the Maker Space's new materials. Check it out! #BuildingLeadersandReaders
Please note: The varsity track meet at IVC on May 9th has been moved to Tuesday, May 7th and it will be for the boys track team only.

A HS track meet has been added to the schedule for May 1st at 4:00 PM. The meet will be in Abingdon for boys and girls varsity.
Reminder that the softball game today, April 24th, is in Havana at 4:30!
A varsity softball game has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 9th at 4:30 with West Prairie. The game will be in Farmington.
Please note: The Two Rivers Conference JH Track meet at Illini Bluffs will begin at 9:00 AM on Saturday, April 27th.
Due to the expected weather on Friday, the HS Boys and Girls Track meet at Eureka has been moved up to Thursday, April 25th and will start at 4:00 PM.
Please note: The boys baseball Senior Night game on May 1st, will begin at 6:00 PM
As you may have expected, the JV baseball game and Varsity softball game have both been canceled due to the weather. Also, this is a reminder that the JH Track meet scheduled for today in Wethersfield is also canceled.

*New* FCES Playground Addition!
The new FCES south playground addition is ready to go. The Inclusive Whirl has been a couple years in the making but has definitely been well worth it. This inclusive equipment was installed to ensure all of our students have access to playground equipment & be included in the recess fun!
The following students medaled over the weekend at the State Competition. Jr High: Ava Lynn & Laynie Lekies - 3rd in Wheeled Vehicle, Sofia Thrush & Claire Price - 4th in Air Trajectory, High School: Alina Mowen & Ryan Helle - 4th in Write It/Do It. CONGRATULATIONS!
Our Monthly Farmer Ticket drawing winners got to treat themselves in an ice cream social Friday at FCES! Followed by a tower building challenge. Way to go Farmers!
