FCES OPEN HOUSE is tonight from 6:00-7:30. Families can enter through the B Lot or C Lot doors. No lines for entry into the building!
Open house is a GREAT opportunity to meet your teacher for the upcoming school year. In addition, families will be able to grab the PikMyKid Car Pickup tags for student car riders & check out out the newly renovated Research Center/Maker Space.
FCES is really excited to start the school year & want students to be, as well. As part of our "Building of Leaders & Readers" campaign, every student who attends tonight will receive a *FREE BOOK* to start their READING journey!

The Farmington YMCA is planning to start a volleyball "open gym" opportunity for middle school girls this fall. This will give them a chance to play around and work on some skills before their season starts! There will be an official flyer and signup information sent out once more details are decided on, but they are thinking these open gyms will be on Sunday afternoons.
With that being said, the YMCA is searching for a parent volunteer who would be willing to go to these open gyms and coach/assist girls in strengthening their skills. You can contact the Canton YMCA at 309-647-1616, or Rick Eddy at 309-338-2538 if you are interested!"

FCHS Volleyball tryouts will begin on Monday August 7th at 8:00 AM in the HS gym. If any high school girl wishes to play on the volleyball team this season, they must be present on the 7th at 8am.

If you have a returning student and have not done so, please log into your Skyward Family Access and click on "Returning Student Registration". This helps our staff who are working hard on class lists, schedules and bus routes.
Due to scheduling conflicts FCJH baseball open workouts originally scheduled for Thurs July 27th will be moved to Wed July 26th from 11am-1pm for those who can attend!! Hope to see everyone there!
Reminder: JH Softball tryouts will be held July 24th and 25th at 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the HS softball diamond located on the east side of the JH. Please drop off your athletes in Parking Lot C. They will have to walk from there. Our apologies but Lot A is closed at this time.
Don't forget! Tomorrow, July 20th, is Registration & Fee Day from 7- 11 a.m. and 2-6 p.m. Please enter through Lot B and use the Events door.
