We enjoyed reading stories of Ruby's bravery, The Story of Ruby Bridges by Robert Coles and Ruby Bridges Goes to School: My True Story by Ruby Bridges. We are inspired to be kind to others and appreciate what Ruby did for all of us!

*Quick Kindness Project Update*
Canton Hy-Vee displayed the hard work of our 2nd graders!
Mrs. Unkrich's class made "Virtual Valentine's" last week for the residence of Courtyard Estates and Farmington Country Manor. In addition, they recorded a song for the residence to hear.
Residence had some big smiles on their faces because of this kindergarten class. Staff responded with such gratitude and were eager to share the video and pictures with the folks that live there.
Thanks kids for spreading your kind hearts with others!
