What a fantastic morning for FCES teachers! 🌟 They dove into the best math practices with some fun, interactive activities, guided by our talented Math Interventionist, Ms. Kemple. Not only does she bring expertise from her regular sessions at the ROE #17 Math Curriculum & Collaboration, but she also inspires creativity in math teaching!

The high school students had a great first quarter - meeting attendance, behavior and academic goals! They were treated to a "cookout" as a way for the staff to show their appreciation! We are so proud of our students and look forward to celebrating your success again in December. A big shout out to our Director of Food Services, Laken Slack, for going above and beyond to make this happen! What a great way to kick off a 3-day weekend!

It's been a great weekend for Farmington Central Jr. High!

The Speech Team had their first competition on Friday and came home with 24 1st place ratings!

The 7th grade girls basketball team won both of their pool play games in the Fulton County Tournament and will play for the Fulton County Championship on Wednesday night at 7:00 PM at South Fulton.

Our three state qualifiers for Cross Country all represented our school well. The state meet is a very large competition with 223 of the best runners in Illinois in each race. Addison M. finished 62nd overall, Kay H. finished 70th overall, and Jack H. finished 109th overall!

So happy to celebrate our awesome kids!
