Yesterday morning, students started the day with a game of knockout in the gym to celebrate the start of Red Ribbon Week! Yesterday's theme was to dress up in RED!

Today is Hawaiian Day, Wednesday is Neon Day, Thursday is Mismatched Day, and Friday is Halloween Costumes with a $1.00 donation toward the IAJHSC State Service project: Camp Granda!




Please note a time change in the JH Girls Basketball schedule this Saturday. The game with Havana on Saturday, November 1st will begin at 9 AM to accommodate for the Playoff game here at 1 PM.

October is National Principals Month and tomorrow is Principal Appreciation Day. Farmington Central CUSD is grateful for all of our principals and thankful for all they do for their buildings and the district!
The varsity volleyball team will be playing in the first round of the IHSA Regionals on Monday, October 27th, at 6:00 PM in Aledo (Mercer County High School). The Farmers will play Canton. The doors for the public will open at 5:30 PM.


Tonight, October 20th, the JV football team will be playing against Bureau Valley at 6 PM.
Tomorrow night, October 21, it is Senior Night for the volleyball team. There is a freshman game at 5 PM, followed by JV at 6 PM and Varsity at 7 PM.
There is NO FRESHMAN FOOTBALL GAME on Thursday, October 23rd! Knoxville had to cancel with us.
The Speech Team had their first competition on Friday and came home with 24 1st place ratings!
The 7th grade girls basketball team won both of their pool play games in the Fulton County Tournament and will play for the Fulton County Championship on Wednesday night at 7:00 PM at South Fulton.
Our three state qualifiers for Cross Country all represented our school well. The state meet is a very large competition with 223 of the best runners in Illinois in each race. Addison M. finished 62nd overall, Kay H. finished 70th overall, and Jack H. finished 109th overall!
So happy to celebrate our awesome kids!

Over the weekend, Coach Toby Vallas achieved an incredible milestone — his 100th career win as Farmington’s Head Coach, following a 42–0 victory over LVC! 🏈💜💛
Before the first-round IHSA playoff game, we’ll honor Coach Vallas with a short presentation celebrating this special achievement in his coaching career.
We invite all alumni, fans, and community members to join us in recognizing Coach Vallas and showing your support for our Farmington Farmers as they head into the playoffs! More information to come on the date and time of the game once the official pairings are announce on Saturday night, October 25th.
