The administration from Elmwood High School asked that we send this out. Friday is a big game and we want to ensure everyone is able to enjoy the game:
Safety is always the number one priority for all school events, the administration has set rules to ensure that everyone has a wonderful gameday experience! Our goal is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
Most of our high school students participate in football, spirit squad, and/or the band. We encourage our high school students to watch the game in the bleachers near the band.
The playground is closed during games due to safety issues in the dark. This also pertains to people coming in from Morgan Street that are not attending the event.
No footballs are allowed into the game. Throwing items or playing catch is prohibited.
All spectators need to stay inside the outer fence and flagged-off areas.
JH and GS students need to have a paying adult (or with a pass) to enter the game. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our younger students. Our ticket takers will not accept money from anyone younger than a high school student trying to enter the game unaccompanied by an adult.
In the event of severe weather, announcements will be made from the press box and the teams will be sent to designated areas.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation

Friday Morning Meeting w/ FCHS Cheerleaders!
FCES had some special guest leaders on the Homecoming Edition of Friday Morning Meeting. The FCHS Cheerleaders led the way in sharing events, birthdays, shoutouts, & leading the pledge of allegiance. In addition, they led the school in a big cheer! We appreciate having the cheerleaders visit FCES. #BuildingLeadersAndReaders

For those of you headed to Macomb for volleyball tonight, there is some construction around the high school. Here are the directions for a detour and best way to get there. Please use Maple Ave. and enter by the baseball/tennis courts. Drive around the front of the school and use the west lot and enter through door O. Again, we are playing at MHS not Washington St Gym.
