The FCJHS Boys Basketball season starts today in Peoria Heights. The 7th and 8th grade team will tip off their season starting at 4:30. Good luck Farmers!

Good luck to the 7th and 8th Grade Girls Basketball teams as they take on Dunlap Middle School this afternoon starting at 4:15 PM.

In between the 7th and 8th grade game, we will have our first Unified Basketball game of the season as our FCJHS Unified Team will take on the Unified Team from Dunlap Middle School!

Unified Basketball brings together students with and without disabilities to compete as teammates, promoting inclusion, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the court. Come out and support our girls basketball team as well as our Unified team as they represent our school with pride, positivity, and teamwork!

If you would like to purchase your IHSA Football Playoff Round 2 tickets in advance, please use the QR code attached! If you pay cash it is $9 per person at the gate, or you can use the GoFan platform and pay $8.35.

After a pair of victories on Saturday against Havana, the 7th and 8th grade girls basketball teams are back in action tonight at Elmwood. Tip off is at 5:00 PM! Games will be held at Elmwood Elementary School. LET'S GO FARMERS!!!

The Farmers will host Aurora Christian Academy on Saturday, November 8, at 3:00 PM for round two of the IHSA State Football Playoffs! Hope to see you there!

Before you make your way over for the state playoff football game, come watch some Farmington Central Jr. High Girls basketball as they take on Havana in the FCJHS gym. The game time has been moved to 9:00 AM!

Come watch our very talented 7th grade Fulton County Runner-up as well as the 8th grade Fulton County Champions play!

The local Canton Tau Chapter of the Lambda Chi Omega Philanthropic Sorority recently received award money to help purchase supplies for our Farmers! Life Skills I teacher Beau Foiles was able to get impactful learning games and other educational materials to assist with his classroom. A big THANK YOU goes out to this organization and their support of our students and staff!

Congratulations to the 8th grade girls basketball team!! Tonight, at the Fulton County Tournament, they knocked off Canton by a score of 19-12 to bring home the Championship Trophy!

Best of luck to the 8th Grade Girls Basketball team as they play in the Fulton County Tournament Championship Game against Canton. Tonight's game will be at Spoon River Valley High School and it will start at 7:00 PM. Good luck Farmers!!!

Prior to the IHSA State Football Playoff game, on Saturday, November 1st, at 12:15 PM, we will be honoring Head Football Coach, Toby Vallas, on his 100th win at Farmington. We welcome you to the stadium to help us show our appreciation for reaching this significant career milestone!

Farmington Central Jr. High School kicked off Red Ribbon Week with a little fun!

Yesterday morning, students started the day with a game of knockout in the gym to celebrate the start of Red Ribbon Week! Yesterday's theme was to dress up in RED!

We are proud to be RED-y to live drug-free at FCJHS!

Today is Hawaiian Day, Wednesday is Neon Day, Thursday is Mismatched Day, and Friday is Halloween Costumes with a $1.00 donation toward the IAJHSC State Service project: Camp Granda!

What a fantastic morning for FCES teachers! 🌟 They dove into the best math practices with some fun, interactive activities, guided by our talented Math Interventionist, Ms. Kemple. Not only does she bring expertise from her regular sessions at the ROE #17 Math Curriculum & Collaboration, but she also inspires creativity in math teaching!

Farmington Trap Team Finishes Strong!

The Farmington Trap Team placed 5th overall in conference competition out of 109 athletes — an outstanding performance by our student-athletes!
