On Tuesday May 6th, from 5:30 - 7:00, Farmington Jr. High School is putting on a family engagement night built around math and science activities. Join us for an exciting night where young minds can explore the wonders of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).
You can arrive at anytime between 5:30 -7:00. Each station is designed to be self-paced, fun and engaging. There is no cost, and this event is specially designed for our upper elementary (4th and 5th grade) and middle school (6th, 7th, and 8th grade) students, although all ages are invited! All activities will take place in the Elementary/Jr. High Cafeteria as well as the Jr. High School gym. Enter the school in Lot B!
We hope to see you Tuesday May 6th at our first ever STEAM Night at Farmington!

Special Olympics Illinois Young Athletes was designed to help introduce children into the world of sports as well as help them improve physically, cognitively, and socially. It has also helped introduce parents and entire families to the network, support, and resources that make up Special Olympics Illinois. This program has seen great success in Illinois schools and agencies. Recently, FCES hosted the Special Olympics Illinois Farmington Young Athletes Culminating Event and Showcase. Our Young Athletes and partnering classrooms did an OUTSTANDING job & all of our Farmers made sure to let them know this as they cheered everyone on. It was such an amazing event!!! A BIG thank you goes out to all of the AMAZING people who helped make this event possible!
